Money laundering case: Shahbaz Sharif and Hamza Shahbaz will be charged on 18th

LAHORE: A Special Court is probably going to outline charges against PMLN President Shahbaz Sharif and his child Hamza Shahbaz on February 18 in Rs16bn asserted tax evasion body of evidence against them.

Both dad child team showed up under the watchful eye of the court and denoted their participation. The court has guided indictment to give duplicates of the challan to the blamed and suspended the meeting by February 18 to outline charges against the selected denounced for the situation.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in the challan submitted under the steady gaze of the court had pronounced PMLN President Shahbaz Sharif and his child Hamza Shahbaz as prime blamed in Rs16 billion tax evasion tricks through records of sugar plants and their workers. The FIA named 14 other denounced for the situation also.

The FIA guaranteed that the dad child team neglected to give a cash trail of Rs16bn and proclaimed them as the chief charged in the challan submitted under the watchful eye of a financial court. According to the challan, the FIA pronounced Suleman Shahbaz as broadcasted guilty party for this situation alongside two other denounced including Malik Maqsood Ahmad and Sayed Tahir Naqvi. Upwards of 100 indictment observes will record their declaration for this situation as endorsed in the challan.
