LAHORE: Accountability court on Saturday has delivered its composed decision and announced Saaf Pani Project of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President and previous Punjab boss pastor Shehbaz Sharif as spotless and straightforward.
In a 23-page
composed judgment, Judge Muhammad Sajid Ali commented that no infringement or
any illicitness was demonstrated in the task.
"From appraisal
review to the fulfillment of the venture, Public Procurement Regulatory
Authority (PPRA) rules and guidelines were completely carried out," the
decision expressed.
The choice
referenced, "The previous CEO Wasim Ajmal didn't abused his powers and didn't
allow any superfluous advantage to the co-charged."
Prior in
January, 2022, responsibility court had vindicated previous PML-N MPA and a
previous Punjab Saaf Pani Company (PSPC) executive Raja Qamarul Islam and 15
other charged in Rs245 million defilement reference.
