Surprising Hunger Stones Appearing in Europe Due to Drought
Many countries in Europe have been hit by drought due to long periods of heat without rain. Due to the very low water level in the rivers, some stones have appeared on which the messages of the ancestors are written many centuries ago, which reveal the severe problems faced by the people due to droughts in the old times. These surprising messages went viral on August 8 due to a thread shared by a Twitter user. Among the messages engraved on these stones, the oldest engraving dates back to 1616. These Germanic inscriptions and engravings were found on the Elbe River. This inscription is recorded on a hunger stone "If you see me, cry." Besides, it also has the dates of droughts on it.
